Media-types less happy than Hairdressers

According to a BBC Three report, hairdressers are the happiest with their lot in life ('the most smug', apparently) and media-types one of the least.

To illustrate this last point, they showed a guy hunched over a keyboard, momentarily turning from his screen to sneer at the camera.

Hmmm.
