What is this flag?

Matia noticed it flying and we tried to guess the country it represents.

It was flying between an EU flag building and a British flag building near Charing Cross road -- but we can't find it anywhere.

Lazyweb ... hear my call!!

It's an upside-down version of the Colombian flag.

Marta's godson is from Colombia. His adoptive parents just came to DC to attend an event hosted by FANA, a group that promotes adoption of children from Colombia.

Michael, her godson, got his parents to buy a Colombian flag. I recognized the color pattern as soon as I saw your graphic, albeit the Colombian flag is the inverse of what you posted.

Of course, it's possible another country has the same colors, in the same order, just inverted.

yeah ... found that one. However, they'd have to be having a pretty bad day to hang a flag upside down.

Now, I'm guessing it has something to do with a specialised function of the EU, considering it was sat between the EU flag and the GB flag.

I guess I'll have to go back. Ugh.

Thatia.
