We already had to reinstall the system discs. to save costs and avoid laying more people off the manual cam in a installed in a pdf format. As a designer I'm constantly aware of the computer as a tool. Now, if I by a hammer, when I get home I expect to take it out of the shoppinng bag and put it to work. There should be no need of tweaking. i shouldn't have to spend 8 hours dowloading fixes just to get on the internet and then another hour updating virus protection programs.

Had to go to a meeting half way through, lost my train of thought.
